Using Relayboard
By creating an account or using Relayboard, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be an adult with authority to enter this agreement and manage every account you connect. Keep your credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for actions authorized by your account.
Your content and instructions
You retain ownership of your content. You give Modular Web LTD a limited license to store, transmit and process content solely to provide the actions you request. You must own or have permission for your content, music, images, personal information and advertising claims. Do not infringe copyright, privacy or other rights, publish unlawful content, impersonate others or bypass platform restrictions.
Choose the intended destination, visibility, audience and commercial or synthetic content disclosures. Preview and approve each publication. API integrations must convey the user’s actual instruction and obtain required consent. TikTok publishing requires Relayboard’s creator approval flow. Unconfirmed outcomes must be checked in the native platform before trying again.
Platform terms and availability
When using YouTube features, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Meta and TikTok features are also subject to their terms, permissions, eligibility and policies. Relayboard is independent of these platforms. Review approval, uninterrupted access, delivery and reach are not guaranteed. A platform may deny or withdraw access or impose limits.
Advertising
Meta campaign activation can cause configured ads to spend from your ad account. You are responsible for campaign settings, budgets, targeting, creatives, special ad categories, billing and compliance. Campaigns created in Relayboard start paused. Ad sets and creatives are configured in Meta Ads Manager. Activation and deletion require your confirmation; deletion may be irreversible.
Termination and deletion
You can disconnect platforms or delete your account in Settings. Published content remains on the platforms. We may restrict access for abuse, security incidents, unlawful conduct or platform policy violations. We explain restrictions where permitted and provide a support contact. No paid plan is offered under these Terms; any future paid service requires clearly disclosed pricing and separate acceptance.
Liability and disputes
We provide the service with reasonable care but cannot guarantee platform availability or third-party outcomes. To the extent allowed by law, Modular Web LTD is not liable for indirect losses or platform failures beyond its control. Nothing excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights applicable to you.
